Eden Energy Medicine has an ancient foundation, based in acupuncture and qi gong. It is also the findings of one particular woman, Donna Eden and her amazing healing capacity and clairvoyant skill, as well as her ability to learn from her thousands of students and clients. EEM is both profound and very, very simple. Its practice can reduce your pain and give you lots more energy!
It noticeably and quickly reduces the effects of stress. You probably know that stress is implicated in almost all disease processes, especially our modern diseases like cancer, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes and all immune disorders.

Would you like to practice a simple stress reducer right now?
Here’s how it works. When we are stressed, the blood leaves our forebrain, goes to major muscles to prepare us for fight or flight or freeze, and we get the “stress stupids.”
Are you stressed about anything in particular? For a couple of minutes, place your hand across your forehead, hold it there gently and just breathe, while you think of that stress. Ten to twelve breaths may be all it takes.
How does that feel? I’ll bet you can think about your stressor a bit more clearly and perhaps be calmer regarding it after doing this. Try it!
